Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to istdm.icsi.2021@gmail.com by Friday, October 15, 2021 in order to receive a partial refund. A NTD 3,000 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Friday, October 15, 2021 will not receive a refund.
